Seasonal Pattern to Mental Health

If you have heard of Seasonal Affective Disorder, this should interest you. Researchers have investigated the patterns of Google searches during different seasons and found discrepencies between the cold and warm months. Not surprisingly, there are more Google searches related to depression and anxiety during the winter months than during the summer months. 

Cold and warm are spiritual concepts.
